1. General rule
Use Assisto only for lawful business purposes and in a way that respects other people, protects personal data, and complies with the rules of connected services such as WhatsApp/Meta, payment providers, Open Banking providers, and AI providers.
2. No unlawful or harmful use
You must not use Assisto to create, store, send, assist, or enable:
- Illegal activity, fraud, deception, or evasion of legal duties.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, hate, or exploitation.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, account takeover, or security attacks.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or data protection rights.
- Instructions or workflows designed to bypass safety, security, rate-limit, billing, or platform controls.
3. Messaging rules
- Only message people where you have a lawful basis and any required permission.
- Do not use Assisto for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased contact lists, or misleading outreach.
- Respect opt-outs, complaints, and requests not to be contacted.
- Use approved WhatsApp templates where required by WhatsApp/Meta rules.
- Do not impersonate another business, person, public body, or platform.
4. Sensitive data
Do not upload or send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your lawful business purpose and you have the right safeguards in place. Sensitive data may include health data, biometric data, criminal offence data, children's data, precise location data, or financial information that is not needed for the workflow.
5. AI use
- Do not present AI output as guaranteed, professional advice, or human-reviewed unless it has been checked.
- Do not use Assisto to generate deceptive messages, fake evidence, fake invoices, fake receipts, or misleading records.
- Do not use AI features to profile, rank, or make significant decisions about people without a lawful basis and appropriate review.
- Do not send bank tokens, API keys, passwords, private credentials, or unnecessary sensitive data to the AI assistant.
- Do not use WhatsApp message data or other customer content from Assisto to create, develop, train, or improve general AI models.
- Do not attempt prompt injection, model extraction, system prompt disclosure, or other attacks on the service.
6. Security and platform abuse
You must not:
- Probe, scan, test, or attack Assisto systems without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Create accounts to evade limits, avoid payment, or abuse trials.
- Share access tokens, internal credentials, or connected-service secrets.
- Upload files designed to compromise document processing, OCR, exports, or integrations.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account, devices, WhatsApp account, and email secure.
- Review important records before sending or relying on them.
- Maintain any backup or record-keeping process required for your business.
- Make sure your own privacy notices, customer communications, and legal obligations are in place.
8. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may remove content, limit features, suspend access, terminate accounts, notify affected providers, preserve evidence, or report activity to authorities where appropriate. We may also throttle or block activity that creates risk to service reliability, security, deliverability, or third-party platform standing.
